Special needs are typically seen as having relatively low expectations in the general public’s view. Families should appreciate the education of children with disabilities. We have identified the need to open special schools concentrating on their holistic socio-psychological growth. Their acceptance in the family will increase in direct proportion to the level of expectations. Every child with a disability must be enrolled in school. The child will be placed in suitable educational settings following an evaluation of their disability by a team consisting of a doctor, a psychologist, and a special educator in the schools. A programme named “Buddies Meet” was started to integrate the special pupils into the mainstream society in order to eliminate the social stigmas and other biases surrounding these children
